Welcome to HCCVenture, a startup project in Vietnam specializing in providing startup support services, investment consulting, and technology solutions (collectively referred to as the “Services”). Currently, HCCVenture has not registered a business but is committed to completing the registration procedures in accordance with Vietnamese law as soon as possible. The Terms of Use (“Terms”) and the disclosures below govern your access to and use of the website, application, or any platform of HCCVenture. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using.

Accept Terms

HCCVenture reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Service without prior notice, including but not limited to maintenance, system upgrades, or legal requirements.

Risk of Use : You understand that use of the Service may involve risks, including but not limited to loss of data, technical failures, or third party issues. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

No Professional Advice: Information or content provided through the Services (e.g., startup or investment advice) is not intended to be legal, financial, or professional advice. You should consult an independent professional before making any decision based on information from HCCVenture.

User Account

Registration Required: To use some features of the Service, you may need to create an account by providing information such as your name, email, phone number, or other information as requested. You undertake to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login information (username, password) and all activities that occur under your account. User Behavior

Permitted Conduct: By using the Service, you agree to:

Ownership

HCCVenture Content:

• All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, images, videos, logos, icons, interface designs, source code, software, and technical documentation, is owned by HCCVenture or our licensors.

• This content is protected by Vietnamese intellectual property laws and international conventions, including copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

User Content:

• HCCVenture reserves the right to remove or edit User Content if it violates the Terms or is harmful to the Service.

Feedback and Suggestions:

• If you provide comments, suggestions, or feedback regarding the Services (collectively, “Feedback”), you agree that HCCVenture may use such Feedback for any purpose, including improving the Services, developing new products, or marketing, without compensation or attribution to you.

• You warrant that your Feedback does not contain any confidential or proprietary information of any third party.

Trademarks: The name “HCCVenture” and related logos and icons are our exclusive property. You may not use these marks without the written consent of HCCVenture.
